Senior Associate – Corporate & Commercial Law | Gold Coast

We’re seeking a Senior Associate with 6+ years PAE in Corporate & Commercial law to join our high-performing team on the Gold Coast.
About the Role
You’ll work on corporate and commercial matters, including transaction work, advisory and projects for clients locally, nationally, and internationally. You’ll also mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
About You
You’ll bring:
• A commercial approach and a focus on attention to detail
• Strong experience in drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial agreements and structures
• Transactional experience in share sales, asset sales, buybacks, share issues and associated steps
• Advice on Corporations Act and regulatory compliance
• Private fundraising skills ideally experienced in working with start-ups and VC/ PE funds
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
