Redcat builds the technology that powers Australia’s favourite hospitality brands—Boost Juice, Nando’s, Grill’d, Chatime, and Schnitz among them. Our Hospitality Platform delivers integrated software and hardware solutions connecting POS systems, online ordering, loyalty programs, and mobile apps into one seamless ecosystem.
We’re a culture-first company driven by five core values: integrity, teamwork, innovation, customer focus, and accountability. If you thrive in an environment where your work directly shapes how millions of Australians experience their favourite food and drink brands, you’ll feel at home here.
We believe that a modern marketing leader, equipped with the right AI tools, can outperform a
traditional team many times their size. If you’re not already using AI every day to plan, create, analyse, and execute, this role will not be a fit.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and drive growth across ANZ and the UK, with future expansion into Southeast Asia on the horizon.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy—deliberately designed as a
“force-multiplier” seat. You’ll develop and execute account-based marketing strategies targeting the Quick Service Restaurant sector, manage our digital presence, coordinate events, and lead product and customer marketing initiatives
You’ll work closely with sales leadership to generate qualified leads and build pipeline, generating
personalised outreach at scale, surfacing intent signals, and compressing cycle times with high fit opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns targeting QSR and hospitality brands, using AI for account research, ICP scoring, and signal detection
- Partner with sales to define target accounts and create personalised engagement plans.
- Localise messaging for regional markets (ANZ, UK, SEA), and track pipeline influence through attribution
Digital, Content & SEO
- Own the company website—performance, UX, and SEO—with a continuous optimisation loop and generative experimentation.
- Drive an AI-first content engine for ideation, drafting, repurposing, and localisation while maintaining editorial quality, brand voice, and factual accuracy through rigorous human review.
- Stay ahead of search and adapt our discoverability strategy accordingly
Events, Product & Customer Marketing
- Plan and execute industry events and trade shows
- Develop customer marketing programs to boost retention and advocacy through customer insights, case study drafting, and lifecycle messaging.
- Partner with product on launches, assisting with sales-enablement asset creation.
Operations, Data & AI Enablement
- Analyse data to optimise performance and inform strategy
- Establish marketing processes, tools, and reporting
- Evaluate and deploy new tools and playbooks
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, technology, or professional services.
- Experience in QSR, hospitality, or retail sectors (highly desirable).
- Strong track record managing events and trade shows.
- Hands-on expertise with website management, CMS, platforms, and SEO (including emerging AI/answer-engine optimisation).
- Proficiency with HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
- Experience working across multiple regions (ANZ, UK, or SEA advantageous).
- Daily, confident use of leading general-purpose AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) for writing, research, analysis, and ideation
- Experience with marketing tools across content, SEO, design, analytics, and outbound
- Comfort building multi-step workflows to automate repetitive marketing tasks.
Mindset
- Data-driven and outcome-obsessed; comfortable being measured on pipeline, productivity, and speed-to-market—not activity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders, including senior leaders and sales.
- Bias to action, willingness to get hands dirty, and genuine excitement about building and owning Redcat’s marketing function
-
