The opportunity
In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end mobilisation activities to ensure personnel are compliant, prepared, and deployed in line with operational requirements.
You will be responsible for managing compliance requirements, travel arrangements, scheduling, and system updates to support mobilisation activities and maintain efficient workflows across internal teams and client sites.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring personnel are mobilised safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating mobilisation of field personnel, ensuring all compliance requirements including
medicals, inductions, licences, and competencies are completed prior to deployment
- Managing travel and logistics including rosters, flights, accommodation, and mobilisation scheduling
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and client platforms
- Monitoring mobilisation status and resolving issues impacting site readiness
- Coordinating operational support activities including inbox management, travel bookings, and
issue resolution
- Supporting fleet servicing coordination, training bookings, and fit testing administration
- Providing mobilisation updates and reporting to support operational visibility
- Responding to time-critical mobilisation requirements as required
About you
Ideally, you will bring:
- 1-2 years’ experience in mobilisation, workforce coordination, travel coordination, or operational support
- Experience in fast-paced operational or project environments (highly regarded)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to work across systems and multiple stakeholders
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure when priorities change
