About the Role

As an Implementation Coordinator at Rapid, you’ll join our established Client Services team and play a key role in taking client projects from planning through to successful implementation. Once a sale has been made, you will become the primary point of contact, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and ensuring the solution delivered matches the sales order and client expectations.

You’ll use your strong client service skills and technical aptitude across our products to manage multiple implementations at once, conduct client administrator training (online and face to face), complete final implementation audits, and look for opportunities to enhance value for our clients.

This role is available as a permanent full-time position.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Experience in a client-facing role (implementation, onboarding, customer success or similar)
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and confidently use software systems (JIRA experience highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects or tasks at one time and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including experience running client meetings or training sessions
  • Proven problem-solving skills, including managing conflicts and addressing risks or issues proactively
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
