The Opportunity
As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality services, we are seeking a Project Manager & Business Analyst to join our team. Partnering with clinical, operational, and corporate stakeholders, you will lead the delivery of key organisational initiatives, supporting business performance through effective project execution and well-defined solutions.
This role offers a unique opportunity to operate across both project management and business analysis, leading system implementations, process transformation, and broader business initiatives. You will shape project governance frameworks, drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, and influence stakeholders to ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes aligned with organisational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, from initiation through to implementation and close.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation, with a proactive approach to managing risks and issues.
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams and vendors.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and foster cross-functional collaboration to support successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to drive successful project outcomes.
- Support system implementations, process improvements, and selected capital projects.
- Track and communicate project progress, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned
- Support change and adoption activities to ensure solutions are effectively embedded into business-as-usual operations.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of governance frameworks, tools, and best practices.
About You:
- Proven experience in project management and/or business analysis roles, with the ability to deliver projects and initiatives from end to end.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on system or technology-related projects, with an understanding of business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of outcomes, and operating in an evolving environment.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach, with a focus on delivering value and driving continuous improvement.
