The Opportunity
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and supporting our ongoing growth, we are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. Partnering with finance, operations, and marketing, you will contribute to business performance through analysis, reporting, and practical insights that support both strategic and day-to-day decision-making. You will play a key role in strengthening data capabilities across the organisation, including developing and maintaining datasets, improving reporting, and supporting the evolution of data processes, ensuring information is accurate, consistent, and accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret data to deliver insights that support financial, operational, and business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain structured datasets and write efficient SQL queries for data analysis and transformation.
- Build, monitor, and improve data pipelines, ensuring reliability, performance, and data quality.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards, clearly communicating insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and marketing teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and governance through documentation and best practices.
About You:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to develop complex queries and work with structured, analytics-ready datasets.
- Experience working with relational databases or data warehouses, along with BI or visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to produce clear and meaningful reporting.
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines or ETL processes, with a solid understanding of data quality, integrity, and reliability.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate business requirements into practical, actionable solutions.
- Confident communicator, able to present insights clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding the business context behind the data and delivering meaningful outcomes.
