The Opportunity

This role sits at the centre of our growth. As Business Development Manager & Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business, building meaningful relationships, and supporting the continued expansion of the QSL Collective property management portfolio. You will work closely with leadership and the property management team to ensure new clients are onboarded with care, consistency, and a premium experience from the outset.

This is not a passive role, it requires initiative, momentum and a genuine drive to build.

This is a role for someone who can step in, take ownership and build momentum without the need for close supervision in a supportive environment.
