Description

PSA Engineering is a long established Electrical & Automation Engineering company in SE Qld. The position will be based at our Head Office in Stapylton. We are seeking a candidate with strong MYOB experience in accounts payable who is proficient in Microsoft Office and can work independently as part of the Financial Team with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities; • Oversee daily front office operations, answer the telephone and demonstrate a high level of customer support and service • Maintain accurate records- electronic and paper • Support procurement team with ordering, receipting of materials and AP functions Essential Skills: • Neat and Professional Presentation- uniforms will be provided. • Have an understanding of basic book keeping • Professional interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) • Efficient time management • Effective organisational and decision making skills • A proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest and implement system improvements • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information Employment Details: • Permanent- Full time position Monday- Friday • Competitive Salary based on qualifications and experience • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
