About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
• Previous experience with Poultry Farming is not essential but would be highly regarded.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach to farm management.
• High regard for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, promoting a positive WHS culture.
• Physical fitness to perform farm duties, supported by a pre-employment functional assessment (including drug and alcohol testing).
• The right to work in Australia.

• Regularly come into contact with pigs or birds, including those kept at your residence.
• Live with someone who works in other poultry or pig operations.
