We have an exciting opportunity coming up in South Australia for an experienced General Manager to join us in the Logistics & Organics space. While details are still confidential due to early‑stage involvement from ProTen, this role sits within a well‑established business with a strong operational backbone and loyal customer base. The opportunity is to bring leadership, initiative, and commercial focus to drive the next phase of growth.

The Role: Reporting to ProTen leadership, you’ll have full accountability for business performance, leading operations, people, finances, and customer relationships. This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on transport, logistics efficiency, and customer service.

Key Focus Areas:

  • End‑to‑end logistics and transport operations (fleet, scheduling, yards, assets)
  • Strong relationships with farmers and agricultural customers
  • Driving efficiency, process improvements, and better ways of working
  • Safety, compliance, and performance across a regional workforce
  • Implementing practical initiatives to improve service reliability

About you: You’re a commercially savvy operator with experience in logistics, transport, agriculture, or similar operational environments. You understand fleet and frontline operations, can engage directly with customers and crews, and enjoy improving how a good business runs.
