What you will be doing

We are looking for a Supervisors in our Planned Activity Group (PAG) Team on a part-time basis for our Hughesdale Planned Activity Group. Reporting to the PAG Team Leader, the responsibilities include:

  • Supervising staff including community care workers, cooks and volunteers
  • Observe, mentor and develop staff
  • Deliver PAG program activities using a client-focused approach that aims for the best outcomes for participants and PRONIA

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluency in the Greek and English language.
  • Well-developed written and oral skills and proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, or willingness to enrol shortly after being employed.
  • Current certificates in First Aid and CPR, or willingness to complete the course.
  • Current driver license and access to own vehicle.
  • Undergo national police record check
