Description

Help shape the launch of Queensland’s most exciting residential developments.

ProjX is Queensland’s fastest growing specialist project marketing firm, partnering with leading developers to bring land subdivision, townhouse and apartment communities to market. Unlike traditional agencies, we manage the entire project lifecycle from pricing strategy and campaign development through to sales, settlement and handover, all under one roof. With more than $3 billion in projects scheduled to launch and national expansion already underway, we’re entering our next stage of growth.

As a result, we’re looking for a Project Marketing Coordinator to join our Brisbane head office.

Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you’ll become the operational link between our Project Directors, Project Coordinators and our in-house creative agency. This is a newly created role that exists to support the delivery of an expanding portfolio of residential developments and ensure every campaign is executed seamlessly from concept through to launch.

This isn’t a traditional marketing coordinator position.

It’s a role for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play an integral part in delivering some of Queensland’s most significant residential projects.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple residential developments, ensuring projects move efficiently from strategy through to execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the central point of coordination between Project Directors, Project Coordinators and the marketing agency.
  • Translating project objectives into clear creative briefs and campaign deliverables.
  • Managing campaign timelines, approvals and deliverables across multiple live projects.
  • Coordinating the production of digital campaigns, EDMs, project websites, social media, signage, display suite collateral, photography, videography and printed marketing materials.
  • Supporting the successful launch of new residential developments by ensuring campaign assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Managing project marketing schedules, asset libraries and campaign documentation.
  • Coordinating external suppliers including photographers, printers, signage installers and other production partners where required.
  • Maintaining project information across CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Assisting with campaign reporting, competitor research and market insights.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve campaign workflows and marketing processes as the business continues to scale.

About You

You’ll be someone who naturally takes ownership, communicates confidently and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and projects.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Project Marketing Coordinator or Campaign Coordinator role.
  • Experience within the residential property, project marketing, real estate or development industry.
  • Outstanding organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confidence working across multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of quality.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues before they arise.

Experience with project management platforms, CRM systems (Monday.com and Hubspot preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded but your ability to coordinate people, projects and outcomes is what matters most.

Why join ProjX?

We’re building something different. Our marketing, sales, strategy, technology and creative teams all work together under one roof, allowing ideas to move quickly and campaigns to be executed without the disconnect of multiple external agencies. Through our in-house creative agency, you’ll work directly alongside designers, marketers and content specialists while partnering closely with the commercial teams driving each development.

Joining ProjX means you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Work on some of Queensland’s largest residential developments.
  • Be part of a business experiencing significant growth and national expansion.
  • Build genuine long-term career opportunities as the business continues to scale.
  • Work alongside experienced project marketing professionals in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Join a team that values ownership, initiative and continuous improvement.

This role is for you if…

  • You enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving projects.
  • You build strong relationships and communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You love seeing campaigns come to life from concept through to launch.
  • You take pride in delivering work to an exceptional standard.
  • You’re looking for more than just another marketing role and you want to be part of building a market-leading business.
