Your Role
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, EP, Physio, Osteo) to join our dynamic team. You’ll provide assessment, intervention, and case management services across a mix of schemes— Workers Compensation, CTP and Life Insurance.
Core tasks of the role include:
- Conducting single service assessments, functional capacity evaluations, worksite and ergonomic assessments
- Leading return-to-work case management, guiding clients every step of the way
- Being at the forefront of best-practice standards and innovative solutions for injury and disability management
What You’ll Need
- Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA (To complete
workplace or functional assessments, Exercise Physiologists must also have completed an ESSA-approved university qualification/course and gained ESSA certification for these
assessments)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a rehabilitation consultant
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation highly regarded
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- A current driver’s licence, access to your own vehicle and a willingness to travel
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and electronic client record management
