Your Role

PHSA are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver New Employer Services and Same Employer Psychological Services, including assessment, intervention, and case management services across a range of schemes such as Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation, Comcare, Lifetime Care, and CTP. This role involves working with diverse client groups and conditions while managing a mixed caseload spanning return-to-work, wellbeing, and one-off assessments.

What You’ll Need

• Registration with AHPRA (psychologist or registered nurse), full membership with ASORC (rehabilitation counsellor) OR membership with AASW (social worker)

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical or workplace rehab setting preferred

• Have a current driver’s licence, motor vehicle and the ability to travel for face-to-face servicing as required
