Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively canvass the job market to identify suitable employment opportunities
  • Conduct reverse marketing to promote clients to potential employers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and industry partners
  • Match clients to job vacancies that align with their skills and goals
  • Support clients throughout the recruitment and placement process
  • Maintain accurate records and meet performance targets
  • Identify labour market trends and opportunities

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in employment services, recruitment, or a similar role
  • Strong experience with reverse marketing and employer engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Outcome-focused with a proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of the local labour market is highly regarded

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in workplace rehabilitation services or similar role
  • Independence and autonomy with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with electronic client record keeping
  • Class C Drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Travel around Melbourne and some regional locations is required in the role
