Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist to play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of our clients. You will have the opportunity to deliver Same Employer Psychological services across a diverse range of schemes, including Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation, Comcare, Lifetime Care, and CTP. This dynamic role involves conducting initial psychological and workplace assessments, facilitating effective workplace discussions, vocational and rehabilitation counselling, and case conferencing with allied health professionals. No vocational assessments or DE case management required.

What You’ll Need

• Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or full membership with ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 3 years experience within occupation rehabilitation
• Have a current driver’s licence and motor vehicle
