The role
This position is a Karratha Residential role. As a Project Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of projects by assisting with planning, scheduling, procurement, documentation, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, progress tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and assist with contract administration, variations and claims.
- Provide support with technical documentation, procedures, specifications and drawings.
- Assist with project cost control, budget monitoring and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and customer requirements.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve systems, processes and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in project coordination, administration or delivery within engineering, mining, oil & gas, manufacturing or industrial services environments.
- Mechanical Engineering and/or Project Management qualifications (Degree or Diploma highly regarded).
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, maintenance or engineering principles (highly regarded).
- Experience with procurement, logistics, contracts, project controls and ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Business Central or similar).
- Strong organisational, communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Project.
- A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence.
