Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven NDIS Program Manager to lead and grow our established NDIS program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support and is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
With strong organisational backing, established systems, and dedicated resources at your fingertips, you will have the opportunity to shape, strengthen, and expand the program while maintaining excellence in service delivery.
Importantly, this role operates within a broader service environment that includes Child Protection programs. There is a natural intersection between service areas, with referrals likely to be generated internally through Child Protection pathways, requiring a strong understanding of complex family dynamics and collaborative practice.
This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. You will guide the direction of the program, support staff, and ensure participants receive exceptional, tailored care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of a high-quality NDIS program
- Coordinate and continuously improve service delivery across the program
- Support NDIS participants to build capacity, independence and wellbeing
- Develop and review personalised support plans aligned with participant goals
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance to NDIS support staff
- Manage workforce and resource allocation effectively
- Build strong relationships with participants, families and key stakeholders
- Act as the primary liaison between the organisation, participants, families and external partners
- Work collaboratively with Corporate Services and Child Protection teams to support integrated service delivery and referral pathways
- Respond to referrals that may involve complex family, safeguarding, or statutory contexts
- Identify and implement opportunities for program growth and service improvement
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, reporting requirements and organisational policies
About You
We are looking for someone who is both people-focused and operationally strong, with proven experience coordinating NDIS services.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience coordinating or managing an NDIS program or services
- A strong understanding of the NDIS, including compliance, quality standards, and participant rights
- Experience working alongside or in collaboration with Child Protection or statutory services (highly regarded)
- The ability to navigate complex family systems and safeguarding considerations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
- The ability to build trust, rapport, and meaningful relationships
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Relevant qualifications in disability, community services, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
Why Join Us?
- Opportunity to lead and grow an established program
- Strong organisational support, systems, and resources
- A values-driven organisation committed to person-centred care
- A unique role that bridges Disability and Child Protection service systems
- A role where you can make a meaningful and lasting impact
