About the role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a hands-on leadership role focused on making things happen. You’ll take strategy and turn it into clear processes, scalable systems, and high-performing ways of working. You’ll lead the operational backbone of the organisation; people, performance, systems, compliance, and internal governance, ensuring everything runs with clarity, consistency, and impact.

About You

  • Formal qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or equivalent experience in a senior operational HR role
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing end-to-end people processes including performance management, recruitment, workforce planning, remuneration cycles and policy governance
  • Strong technical and systems literacy, with confidence working across HRIS, payroll platforms, and document management systems
  • Proven leadership skills in developing and guiding high-performing teams to meet organisational objectives
  • A track record of driving performance, not just managing it
