    About the role

    We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to elevate our marketing capability and drive meaningful engagement across our audiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual who thrives on combining data, technology, creativity, and customer insight to deliver measurable results.

    Working closely with the Director, Marketing, PR & Communications, you’ll lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns, lifecycle marketing strategies, and performance marketing initiatives that move audiences from awareness to action.

  • Design and deliver audience engagement and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Build CRM-led campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated nurture journeys.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, communications, events, and PR channels.
  • Champion the use of marketing technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and impact.

    About You

  • Formal Qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, email marketing, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytics and reporting capability.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, including AI-enabled marketing tools.
