About the Role

Reporting to the Quality, WHS & Warranty Manager, the purpose of the Warranty Claims Coordinator is to take ownership and accountability for the planning, coordination and execution of warranty projects and in-field activities. This role will oversee homeowner and builder satisfaction through

• Managing, answering and directing all incoming communication in a professional and timely manner
• Assessing and determining claim eligibility based on contract terms, coverage entitlements and business processes
• Balancing customer expectations with business objectives by managing warranty outcomes within approved budgets, all while maintaining positive customer relationships and delivering fair and practical resolutions  
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on desired business and customer outcomes
• Additional ad hoc tasks as required

About you

To be successful in this role you will have

• Previous experience in a similar customer service focused role, preferably gained within the residential pool, insurance or related industry (essential)
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite, HubSpot, iAuditor, Smart Sheets
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction and manufacturing processes and operational procedures
