  • Full Time Position – Monday – Friday – 38h/week
  • Broadbeach Office – 3 min walk from tram station

About the Role

This is the perfect entry point into financial services for someone who’s organised, friendly, and curious about how things work behind the scenes. You won’t be sitting at a front desk greeting walk-ins – instead, you’ll be the go-to for answering incoming calls, triaging enquiries, and supporting our Client Experience team with admin and service tasks.

As you grow in the role, you’ll develop product knowledge, system skills, and real exposure to what a future in client experience or advice support could look like.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answer and triage calls across the business with a calm, confident tone
  • Support basic client enquiries by phone and email
  • Route requests to the right internal teams (Advisers, Lending, Client Services, etc.)
  • Maintain contact lists, manage voicemails, and provide general admin support
  • Help with meeting room bookings, supplies, and internal tasks
  • Build your knowledge of financial services and client experience processes
