    • Client Service Officer – Opportunities also available for Insurance Specialist and Advice Implementation Specialist
    • Full-time | Monday – Friday | 38 hours per week
    • Perth, Brisbane or Broadbeach offices – a five-minute walk from Brisbane Central train station or Broadbeach North tram station

    • Your mission

      • Deliver smooth implementation: Manage the journey from advice to action – accurately, professionally, and with clients at heart.
      • Action advice strategies: Process Super/investment rollovers, switches, fee applications, and insurance changes.
      • Keep us compliant: Prepare Notice of Intent forms, maintain accurate records, and meet regulatory obligations.
      • Be the client go-to: Send documents for signing, answer questions, and provide timely updates.
      • Work collaboratively: Liaise with Advisers, internal teams, and external providers to keep everything on track.
      • Review and improve: Run portfolio checks and share ideas to enhance systems and workflows.
    • What you’ll bring

      • Highly desirable: RG146, Diploma of Financial Planning or similar (or on the way).
      • 3-5 years in the financial services industry, preferable with advice implementation, superannuation, investments or related fields.
      • Understanding of super, investments, insurance and financial-planning workflows.
      • Tech confidence with CRMs, Excel, Word and Outlook
      • Sharp attention to detail and ability to simplify complex tasks for clients
      • Reliable, deadline-driven and proactive with excellent communication skills
