About the Role

As our Medical Liaison Officer, you will be the key connection between InOne Healthcare and the broader healthcare community. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners, allied health providers, aged care facilities, and other referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with GP’s, practice managers, nurses, medical receptionists, radiologists and imaging specialists, other health care providers and other key stakeholders to promote InOne Imaging services
  • Identify and develop new referral pathways and business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular visits, presentations, and networking activities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare market trends and competitor activity.
  • Track referral activity and maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Represent InOne Healthcare at industry events, conferences, and community engagement activities.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in healthcare liaison, medical sales, business development, account management, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare, disability, aged care, community services, or allied health sectors.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with referral-based service models.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Experience working with referral-based service models.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.
