Barista

We are opening a new location and are on lookout for a number of skilled baristas and front of house team members who thrive on variety. If you love being behind the machine just as much as you love being part of the buzz on the floor, this one’s for you. We are looking for someone who shows up ready for anything and leaves every shift having made a difference.

About the role

You’ll be the heartbeat of our cafe, pulling exceptional espresso, connecting with guests, and stepping in wherever the team needs you most. As our team grows, you’ll grow with it.

What we’re looking for

• A genuine warmth with guests, you make every person feel welcome, remember the regulars, and take pride in sending people away happy
• A true all rounder mindset: you’re just as happy on the floor serving guests or clearing tables as you are behind the machine. This is just as much about attitude as it is about skill.
• Strong barista fundamentals, you know your extractions, milk textures, and can dial in a grinder without being asked
• At least 2 years of cafe experience in a busy, quality-focused environment
• Someone who keeps their cool during a rush and brings calm, positive energy to the team
• Ambition to grow, we love developing people who want to take on more over time
