Site Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Fit-out Site Manager to join our growing team and deliver a range of small to medium-sized commercial fit-out projects, including offices, medical clinics, and healthcare facilities.

About the Role: You will be responsible for managing projects from site establishment through to practical completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
• Monitor project progress, quality, and programme
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers
• Maintain site documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit-out projects
• Proven experience with office, medical, or healthcare fitouts is highly regarded
• Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and meet programme deadlines
• White Card (essential)
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Full working rights in Australia
