About the Role

Peace is seeking a motivated, dedicated and dynamic Marketing and Enrolments Assistant to join our Marketing and Enrolments department. The role requires a candidate to display solid competency relating to administration, process and procedure management and areas of marketing functionality. You must establish and maintain a broad range of relationships, be flexible to work on several duties with possible conflicting timelines and be hands-on when required. The person will require superior communications skills, demonstrate sensitivity and act professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Enrolment Process Management:

  • Handle enquiries from prospective families via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide information about the school’s programs, policies, and enrolment procedures.
  • Coordinate and conduct school tours for prospective families.
  • Process enrolment applications, ensuring all required documentation is received and accurate.
  • Help maintain and enhance enrolment procedures, including the management of International Student recruitment and compliance with enrolment policies.
  • Liaise with school leadership regarding enrolment decisions.

Student Admissions & Records:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrolment databases and records.
  • Assist with student transitions, liaising with staff, gathering and filing all required documentation.
  • Prepare enrolment reports and statistics as required.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and current families.
  • Respond promptly to enrolment enquiries and follow up to ensure a positive experience.
  • Represent the school at open days, information sessions, and community events as required.

Marketing & Communications Support:

  • Support Marketing and Enrolment Strategies as directed by the Head of Marketing and Enrolments.
  • Assist in the development of enrolment-related marketing materials.
  • Support enrolment and school marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract new students.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Proven experience in a customer service, administration, or enrolments-related role (preferably in an educational setting).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse families.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems (experience with school enrolment systems is an advantage, such as TASS and Digistorm).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current working with children Blue card or be able to obtain (mandatory).
  • A commitment to the values and ethos of our College.

Desirable Experience &/or Qualifications

  • Experience in school enrolments, student administration, or admissions.
  • Knowledge of CRICOS and International student enrolment processes.
  • A background in marketing or sales would be advantageous.
  • Superior communications skills, demonstrating discernment, sensitivity and discretion.
  • Effective time management with flexibility and adaptability to maintain work output during times of high pressure and tight deadlines.
