Summary:

The CW7 Crane Crew position is essential for the successful execution of construction projects in Docklands, Victoria. This role involves operating cranes and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on-site. As a permanent, full-time position, the successful candidate will contribute to the overall productivity and safety of our building and construction operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with site managers and other crew members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of crane operations and any incidents that occur during shifts.
• Assist in the training of new crew members on crane operation and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid CW7 crane operator licence.
• Previous experience in crane operation within the building and construction industry.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to crane operation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
