CW2 Scaffolder

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CW2 Scaffolder to join our dynamic team in Docklands, Victoria. This permanent, full-time position plays a crucial role in the building and construction industry, ensuring the safety and efficiency of scaffolding operations on various projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards, contributing to the successful completion of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with site managers and other trades to coordinate scaffolding needs for ongoing projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any defects or issues.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior scaffolders and apprentices.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures on site.

Qualifications:

• Valid CW2 Scaffolding qualification.
• Proven experience as a scaffolder in the building and construction industry.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in scaffolding.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
