About the role
Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Audit: Review legacy databases, physical/digital files, and older systems to identify missing or incomplete KYC/AML customer documentation.
- Manually and semi-automatically migrate, format, and input historical compliance data into the new CRM system.
- Data Quality Assurance: Verify that migrated data aligns perfectly with original documentation, fixing formatting issues, duplicate profiles, and data gaps.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Onboarding Lead and senior analysts to ensure data projects align with broader team objectives and timelines
- Assist the First Line of Defence (1LoD) with ad hoc administrative tasks, helping resolve immediate data queries to keep day-to-day client onboarding running smoothly.
Requirements
- Strong investigative curiosity (“skeptical mindset”), high ethical standards, and excellent technical writing skills for drafting case narratives.
- Current Enrolment or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program. Preferred fields: Criminal Justice, Finance, Data Analytics, Law, or International Relations.
- Exceptional attention to detail; ability to maintain high data accuracy during repetitive tasks; strong organizational skills.
- A high level of integrity and discretion, as you will be handling highly sensitive, private financial and personal identification data.
