Sales Operations Manager 

RevOps is the engine behind our growth and the crew making everything work behind the scenes. They connect sales, marketing, and customer success, smooth out the clunky bits, and turn scattered data into clear next steps. Less silos, more flow.  

As the Sales Operations Manager you’ll run the sales operating engine end-to-end—partnering with our Salesforce Platform team and Revenue Enablement to lift visibility, efficiency, and performance. 

 

Responsibilities  

  • Own pipeline hygiene and data quality across the sales function (stages, close dates, next steps) 
  • Run weekly/monthly performance rhythms and surface actionable insights to sales leadership 
  • Drive forecast accuracy through structured forecast calls and deal-level inspection (commit/upside discipline) 
  • Own sales reporting and dashboards (Salesforce) and partner on commercial reporting (Tableau) used by leaders and Finance 
  • Own sales process documentation and continuously improve ways of working across the lifecycle (lead → close → expansion) 
  • Translate sales needs into clear requirements and raise well-shaped Jira tickets to the Salesforce Platform team 
  • Operate and optimise the sales tooling stack (e.g., Oliv, Aircall, Clay, Smartlead) and partner cross-functionally with Enablement, Marketing and Finance 

 

About You 

  • 4+ years’ experience in Sales Operations in a B2B environment (payments/fintech/SaaS nice to have) 
  • Strong Salesforce reporting/dashboard skills and confidence gathering requirements for delivery teams 
  • Comfortable working through ticketed change (e.g., Jira) and keeping stakeholders aligned 
  • Commercial analytics capability (Tableau preferred) and a bias to action 
  • Experience operating sales tools such as CI/telephony/outbound platforms (e.g., Oliv/Gong, Aircall, Clay, Smartlead)
