IT Operations Analyst
Our IT team plays a critical role in keeping our team connected, secure and set up to scale. They support the systems, tools and devices that power day-to-day work across the business, while continuously improving the employee technology experience. It’s a collaborative, hands-on team that combines responsive support with a strong focus on operational excellence and smart, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
As the IT Operations Analyst, you’ll own the day-to-day IT environment and support how we scale. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, improving operational workflows, and creating order from complexity.
Your focus will be on supporting and improving the internal IT environment across the business. From onboarding new starters to improving support workflows and managing the device fleet, this role directly impacts the employee experience and operational reliability across the business.
- Manage internal IT support and act as the primary escalation point, resolving issues across hardware, software, network, access and collaboration tools.
- Support day-to-day IT operations to maintain a stable, secure and reliable end-user environment.
- Manage the full endpoint lifecycle, including device provisioning, configuration, deployment, patching, compliance and decommissioning.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and visibility across the device fleet.
- Administer user accounts, permissions and access changes across internal systems and Microsoft 365 in line with least-privilege principles.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure timely access provisioning and removal.
- Support workplace technology including Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, meeting room tools and AV setup, and coordinate with external vendors where needed.
- Build and maintain IT documentation, knowledge base content and process improvements that reduce recurring issues and improve user experience.
About You
- Experience supporting internal IT operations in a SaaS or corporate environment
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, and workplace collaboration tools
- Experience supporting a Mac environment and familiarity with Apple Business Manager
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms (e.g. Intune, Jamf)
- Understanding of identity and access management concepts
- Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and communication skills
