Description

Some marketing jobs build brands. This one helps change lives.

Every campaign. Every story. Every conversation. At Parkerville, they carry real weight — shaping how Western Australia sees children and young people who’ve experienced trauma. What happens next depends partly on you.

For more than 120 years, we’ve stood alongside children, young people and families across WA. Today we support more than 13,000 people each year. We’re growing — our impact, our services, our voice – and we need someone who can help us be heard.

This is not a maintenance role.

We’re looking for a Manager in Marketing and Communications who leads from the front. Someone who builds campaigns that cut through, spots opportunities before they’re obvious, and brings their team with them. You’ll lead marketing, communications, digital, media, content and brand across a complex, purpose-driven organisation – and you’ll do it with both strategic clarity and genuine sleeves-rolled-up energy.

You turn complex ideas into clear, compelling communication. You build brands people believe in. You know how to move fast without losing quality, and you’re always thinking about what’s next — not just what’s now.

The foundation is strong. Your job is to make it louder.

What’s in it for you? Level 6 SCHADS $115,339 – $120,437 per annum, generous salary packaging, flexible working, real professional development, and the chance to lead marketing that genuinely changes lives.

Applications close Monday 17 August – though we’ll be reviewing as they arrive and may move quickly if the right person appears.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and strongly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply. All appointments are subject to relevant screening checks.

Company Overview

Our Purpose is to support children, young people, and their families to build skills and capacity, address the impacts of trauma and adverse childhood experiences, and develop capabilities that will enable them to be the best versions of themselves. We see a future where Western Australia is the safest place in the world and all children, young people, and their families feel safe to dream, to thrive, and to reach their fullest potential.
