We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Documentation and Systems Support Officer to join our Centre for Excellence team. This role is on a permanent, part time basis working 0. 8FTE.You will be based in Burswood, with travel required across sites to operational demand.

This is not your average admin role.

You’ll sit at the centre of grants, tenders, contracts, controlled documents, reporting and organisational systems – helping ensure critical information is accurate, compliant, accessible and well-coordinated across the organisation.

What The Role Is About

Some days you’ll be tracking tenders and coordinating contract reporting. Other days you’ll be supporting staff with systems, maintaining document control, quality checking submissions, or helping improve how information flows across the organisation. This includes:

  • Controlled documents and compliance support
  • Grants, tenders and contract administration
  • Systems and document coordination
  • SharePoint and document library maintenance
  • Quality checking reports and submissions
  • Tracking workflows, actions and reporting deadlines
  • Supporting staff with systems, records and processes

About you

You’re someone who has exceptional organisation and attention to detail and enjoys processes and information. Clear communication is key and managing completing priorities and deadlines. Experience with SharePoint, document management systems, grants or contract administration will be highly regarded.
