Parkerville Children and Youth Care has spent 120 years building something worth resourcing. We support over 13,000 children, young people, and families each year across community, education, and corporate services. This role leads fundraising, philanthropy, marketing, and communications across two entities — Parkerville Children and Youth Care and Parkerville CYC Therapeutic Education Services, including Parkerville Grove School, which opens in July 2026.

It is a hands-on senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO – one that holds a substantial transformational philanthropy campaign that is developed alongside a growing general fundraising program and communications responsibility across both entities. Complex, meaningful, and genuinely consequential work for the right person.

What You’ll Bring 

  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in philanthropy or fundraising
  • Demonstrated ability in designing, running, and influencing successful end-to-end campaigns and major gift activities according to agreed plans, budgets, and financial targets.
  • Demonstrated achievements in growing giving through fundraising programs.
  • Proven experience in negotiation and demonstrated achievement of significant capital campaign and major gift fundraising outcomes.
  • Extremely well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to manage and grow key relationships and liaise
