- Process goods costing in Pronto and assist with invoice validation.
- Coordinate international shipping, freight forwarders, customs documentation and dangerous goods requirements.
- Support demand forecasting, replenishment planning and production planning activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, slow-moving stock and stock reconciliation processes.
- Work closely with warehouse and production teams on incoming and outgoing containers.
- Support sourcing projects for new components, packaging and alternative suppliers.
About you
You will bring strong organisational skills, a practical approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Ideally, you will have:
- 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or logistics
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, highly regarded
- Previous exposure to international purchasing, particularly with Asian suppliers
- Experience using ERP systems, with Pronto experience advantageous
- Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data processing ability
- Good communication skills and confidence dealing with suppliers and internal teams
- A customer-focused, solutions-based approach
- Relevant qualifications in supply chain, business or logistics, preferred but not essential
