The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role sitting within our Sales and Marketing team. You’ll take ownership of our Magento-powered eCommerce platforms across Australia and the UK, with real scope to shape how both markets perform.
The UK represents a significant growth opportunity, it’s an established market for us with strong traffic, and we’re looking for someone who can identify and close the gap between where it is and where it should be. That kind of commercial problem-solving is exactly what this role is about.
You’ll work alongside third-party Magento and SEO contractors, our internal marketing team, and the broader sales function to deliver sustainable, profitable online growth, without cannibalising our distributor network, which remains a core part of our go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and optimising our Magento eCommerce platforms across Australia and the UK, ensuring product accuracy, platform stability and a strong customer experience
- Driving traffic acquisition and conversion through SEO, AEO/GEO and paid media channels (Google, Meta) within budget and to clear ROI targets
- Managing our Klaviyo email platform including automated flows, segmentation and retention campaigns
- Overseeing third-party contractors (Magento development, SEO) and holding them accountable to clear KPIs and deliverables
- Producing regular reporting through Looker Studio and other analytics platforms, providing clear insights to the leadership team
- Running ongoing UI/UX reviews and A/B testing to improve conversion and reduce friction in the customer journey
- Staying across emerging trends in digital commerce and AI search, and applying them where relevant
- Collaborating with our Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to align eCommerce activity with broader business goal
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record managing eCommerce growth in a B2B or DTC environment
- Experience managing SEO and paid media (Google and Meta) to budget and ROI
- Confidence managing external contractors and agencies, setting clear expectations and holding them to account
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to make decisions
- Experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email/CRM platform
- Solid hands-on experience with Magento (Adobe Commerce) platform administration, merchandising and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, SEMrush, HubSpot or IBM Cognos
- Experience operating across multiple markets or geographies
- Basic understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers
