About the Role
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery. You will build lasting relationships with customers, understand their needs and assist them in finding the right vehicle and ownership solution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing journey.
- Generating new business through enquiry management and prospecting.
- Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Following up leads and maintaining customer relationships.
- Achieving individual and dealership sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate customer records using our CRM systems.
- Working closely with our Business Manager and delivery team to provide a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience (automotive experience is highly regarded but not essential).
- A positive, motivated and customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
- Professional presentation.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
- Queensland Motor Salesperson Registration (or willingness to obtain if required).
