Business Manager / Aftermarket Customer Care Consultant

Join a Growing Automotive Group

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Manager / Aftermarket Customer Care Consultant to join Caloundra GWM.

This is a unique hybrid role combining vehicle finance and insurance (F&I), aftermarket sales, and customer care responsibilities. Previous automotive experience is desirable but not essential. We are happy to train the right person who has a strong retail, sales, customer service, banking, finance, hospitality, or relationship management background.

About the Role

In this role you will work closely with our sales team and customers to:

  • Present finance and insurance options to vehicle purchasers
  • Promote vehicle protection products and aftermarket accessories
  • Assist customers through the vehicle delivery process
  • Maintain strong customer relationships before and after delivery
  • Conduct customer follow-up and retention activities
  • Ensure all finance and compliance documentation is completed accurately
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the ownership journey

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, banking, finance, insurance, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and a positive attitude
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Confidence working towards targets and KPIs
  • Current driver’s licence

Automotive, finance, or aftermarket experience is highly regarded but not essential as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
