Caloundra GWM is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
Demonstrating and presenting vehicles professionally
Following up leads and enquiries promptly
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to vehicle delivery

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience is highly regarded but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Strong organisational and time management skills
Current and valid driver’s licence (mandatory)
