About the role
This newly created 18-month fixed term role is responsible for leading major IT projects through strong business collaboration, disciplined project management, and a people-first approach. You will build high-performing, cross-functional project teams, foster alignment across stakeholders, and ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
A key part of your leadership style is bringing people on the journey – creating clarity, engagement, and shared ownership of outcomes. With a large-scale ERP transformation underway, this role will play a critical part in engaging stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment, and supporting
successful delivery in partnership all business teams.
This role requires travel to our sites approximately once or twice per month.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and technology projects using structured methodologies
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
- Drive alignment across stakeholders on scope, outcomes, and success measures
- Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Build and lead high-performing, collaborative project teams
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and key decision-making forums
- Provide clear, consistent communication and reporting to stakeholders
- Work closely with business teams to support communication, training, and engagement activities
- Ensure strong project governance, documentation, and compliance standards
- Mentor and guide Business Analysts and project team members
About You

You’re confident navigating resistance, able to listen, influence, and create alignment, while also rolling up your sleeves to get into the detail when needed. You build strong relationships naturally, communicate with clarity, and balance people, process, and outcomes to deliver results. What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering medium to large IT or ERP projects in complex environments
- Strong project management capability with experience across end-to-end delivery
- Experience leading or working closely with Business Analysts and cross-functional teams
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, build alignment, and drive outcomes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
- Organised and structured, with excellent planning and prioritisation skills
- Resilient and adaptable, with a calm and solutions-focused approach
- Experience in multi-site, manufacturing, or transformation environments (highly regarded)
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Agile) desirable
