We are looking for an ERP Project Coordinator to drive the delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central programme, and other transformation projects as they come. This is a pure delivery role: you keep the plan on track, hold our partner and team to their commitments, and keep everything moving so nothing falls through the cracks. You won’t be the technical builder; your craft is organisation, coordination, communication and momentum.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain and drive the project plan, schedule, milestones and dependencies, and run the cadence of meetings and follow-ups
- Coordinate the implementation partner and internal team, holding both to agreed commitments and timelines
- Manage issue, risk and decision logs, and escalate appropriately and on time
- Coordinate testing, training logistics and go-live readiness, and keep communication flowing to the sponsor and business
- Track project budget against plan, flag variances early, and support the transition to business-as-usual
Qualifications and knowledge:
- Demonstrated experience coordinating projects in a multi-stakeholder client and vendor environment (essential)
- Experience on ERP or Microsoft Dynamics implementations is ideal; a PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly regarded
- Excellent organisation, coordination and follow-through, with the confidence to hold vendors and senior stakeholders to account
- Outstanding written and verbal English, and the ability to work independently across time zones
- Experience in manufacturing, wholesale or food and beverage, and familiarity with change management, are an advantage
