Housekeeping, Public Areas, Room Attendants EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are seeking dedicated Housekeeping Attendants and Public Areas Attendants to join our team in Narooma, New South Wales. In this part-time contract role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hospitality facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will contribute significantly to our reputation in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Change bed linens and towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored safely and correctly.
• Assist in the laundry process, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
