About the Opportunity:

We’re excited to welcome a Property Manager to our expanding team. Based at our Victor Harbor office, this role manages an end-to-end portfolio of approx. 100 properties across SA’s South Coast.

Key responsibilities include:
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality property management services, including:
- Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
- Arrears management
- Managing the leasing of re-let properties.
- Conducting property inspections, including ingoing, routine & final inspections, to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
- Attending tribunal hearings when required
- Managing repairs and maintenance
- Establishing competitive rental rates by conducting market research on local rates and relevant overhead costs
- Working collaboratively with our wider property management support team to deliver outstanding service
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- A current property management license (essential)
- A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Demonstrable experience in Property Management, managing a portfolio (essential)
- Exceptional customer service experience
