The Role:

Based at our Lonsdale office, the Assistant Property Manager plays a key support role within our Property Management team. You’ll work closely with experienced Property Managers, providing both administrative and on-the-road assistance across the team’s property portfolio.

This is a full-time position ideal for a motivated individual who has recently completed their qualifications and is eager to be mentored by highly skilled professionals, with a clear pathway to progressing their career in property management.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting ingoing and routine inspections and preparing detailed reports
  • Assisting Property Managers with final inspections
  • Following up on rent and water arrears
  • Maintaining clear and professional communication with tenants via phone and email
  • Organising key cutting for tenants and landlords
  • Preparing tenant packs and end-of-file documentation for properties concluding management
  • Drafting legal forms and notices relating to tenant breaches

The Essentials

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following:

  • A current Property Management license (essential)
  • A current drivers’ license and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Previous experience in a customer serviced based role (desirable)
  • A passion for growth in real estate
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
