We operate through two key divisions: Community Services, which provides life skills, in-home care, and community access support, and Social Enterprise, which creates employment opportunities for people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate an Excavator to move materials and products safely
- Load and unload pallets
- Stack and organise products in the waste transfer station site
- Perform routine equipment checks and report issues
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
- Providing assistance in other area of the waste facility, such as the recycling drop off and waste transfer station sites
What we are looking for:
- Basic computer skills
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
- Excavator ticket
- Forklift licence, desirable
- Weekend work
- A commitment to safety and teamwork
- A passion for sustainability and recycling
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and punctuality to support a busy team.
- A commitment to workplace safety and following protocols
