Outlook has been providing services for people with a disability for 50 years as well as operating as a leading Social Enterprise that has been working in the waste management industry for over 20 years.

As a social enterprise, much of our work is funded by the success of our commercial division. This allows us to further invest in the people we support. We have a diverse workforce, including people with disabilities and from various cultures.

About the job

We are seeking environmentally, and inclusivity focused, motivated people to join our diverse team to work in a variety of both indoor and outdoor tasks which includes but not limited to:

•Customer service

•Processing customer transactions

•Assessing items dropped off

About You

•Forklift Licence and experience, desirable

•A friendly personality with a “can do” attitude

•Excellent customer service skills

•To be reliable, punctual and willing to work hard

•To adhere to safe work practices, and take direction

•Ability to work in a team environment, or at times work unsupervised

•Able to work on weekends and public holidays

•Able to work a rotating roster

Successful candidates will be required to complete a National Police Check as well as a pre-employment medical and drug test. Random drug and alcohol testing may occur on site, once employed.
