As our Administrative Support Coordinator, you will work alongside senior leaders to keep priorities on track, decisions informed and the organisation operating effectively.
No two days are the same. This diverse role offers exposure to senior leaders, organisation wide initiatives and the opportunity to contribute to the success of a purpose-driven organisation.
Working closely with our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you will help keep priorities, people and processes aligned through proactive coordination, communication and operational support.

As the Administrative Support Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the organisation, helping leaders, teams and systems work together effectively.
You will play a pivotal role in:
- Enabling informed decision-making by coordinating information, priorities and executive activities
- Driving organisational alignment and accountability through effective follow-up, communication and action tracking
- Strengthening operational excellence by maintaining efficient systems, processes and compliance practices
- Supporting strategic focus by helping leaders manage priorities and deliver key organisational outcomes
This is a varied and trusted role that requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, discretion and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Key Responsibilities

- Executive and leadership support
- Office coordination and administration
- Systems administration and data management
- Contract administration and record management
- Organisational initiative coordination
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management

- Experience in administrative, executive support or coordination roles

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced Microsoft 365 and SharePoint capability
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- A high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
