Outdoor Steel Solutions is Victoria’s largest accredited Ranbuild shed dealer. We deliver complete turnkey shed solutions with 5 showrooms across the state and our head office in Bendigo. We’ve grown significantly while keeping the heart of a family business — and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

About the Role You’ll play a key role in keeping our projects running smoothly. This includes scheduling construction works, coordinating with our build teams, and maintaining excellent communication with clients from quote through to handover.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in scheduling, project coordination, or a similar administrative/coordination role
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
  • A good sense of geography (regional Victoria knowledge is highly regarded)
  • Computer literacy — comfortable using CRM systems and learning new software
  • A hardworking, reliable, and professional attitude with the ability to think critically
