About the role

- $129,516 – $138,386 + 12% super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 5 additional days health/wellbeing leave
Working within the Marketing, Communications and Philanthropy Directorate, as Manager, Campaigns, you’ll lead the creation and delivery of high-impact national campaigns that shift attitudes and behaviours, and inspire meaningful change. This senior role is pivotal in driving awareness and engagement primarily among young people, using innovative, evidence-led social marketing.
About you
You’re a strategic, creative campaigns manager with a passion for driving meaningful social impact. You bring proven experience delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns from insight through to execution and evaluation, ideally within social marketing, public health or behaviour change contexts. You confidently manage agencies and stakeholders, including government partners, and know how to engage youth audiences through culturally relevant digital and social content. Highly organised and outcomes-focused, you deliver on time and on budget, and bring a collaborative, values-driven approach with a strong commitment to gender equality and social impact.
